What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the numerous naturally occurring compounds in industrial hemp and cannabis sativa plants.

 Is CBD legal?

Yes. Hemp-derived CBD is federally legal if it contains less than 0.3% THC.

Will CBD make me high?

No! Hemp and cannabis sativa are from the same plant family, but hemp contains only trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound in marijuana that makes you high. Hemp-derived CBD provides health benefits without the high.

How does CBD work?

CBD and other phytocannabinoids attach to cannabinoid receptors in our body. The endocannabinoid system helps our cells and physiological systems maintain homeostasis or balance.

What does CBD help?

CBD may provide relief from a wide variety of symptoms including insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain and inflammation.

What is the Difference between Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum and Isolate CBD?

Full Spectrum CBD is extracted from the whole plant which contains over 100 phytocannabinoids, along with terpenes, flavonoids and other compounds. The “entourage effect” of all compounds working together is thought to magnify the therapeutic effect — the whole plant is greater than the sum of its parts.

Full Spectrum oil contains: CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN, THC, + other cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

Broad Spectrum CBD is whole plant extract minus THC.

Broad Spectrum oil contains: CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN, + other cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.  No THC.

CBD Isolate is pure CBD. Only the cannabidiol has been extracted from the plant.

Where do we source our CBD? Is it safe?

Our CBD is organically grown in Kentucky and Tennessee on state certified and accredited farms. Biomass and flower extract are tested by a third-party lab prior to cultivation and after processing. Isolate is sourced from an audited and accredited Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) facility. After manufacture, every batch of finished product is tested by an independent 3rd party lab.
