The “right” amount of CBD is different for everyone.

Because everyone processes CBD differently, your optimum dose can vary based on factors including age, weight, diet and the form of CBD (tinctures, gummies, or infused sparkling water) you choose.

It’s best to start with a low dose (10-20mg) and increase slowly until you find your optimum dosage. More is not always better.

Be consistent. Establishing a routine for taking your CBD allows you to better gauge the effects. After a few day, you can simply increase the amount if you aren’t experiencing the desired results.
